U modernoj porodici, u kojoj su oba roditelja zaposlena, zbog načina života i stečenih navika, žene i muškarci nisu u mogućnosti da odvoje vreme koje bi bilo neophodno svakodnevno posvetiti ovakvoj ishrani. Mi, koji smo imali sreću da odrastemo sa mamama i bakama koje nisu bile zaposlene, znamo vrednost brižljivog i posvećenog pripremanja svakog obroka.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; font-family: arial;"&gt;Zdrava ishrana znači jesti što jednostavnije, ne mešati namirnice različitog sastava (na primer: ugljene  hidrate  sa  belančevinama), kao što zdrava ishrana takodje znači jesti  u umerenim količinama, ne prebrzo i halapljivo, već sa svešću o važnosti unošenja hrane u organizam, vodeći računa da hrana nije suviše hladna niti suviše vruća, preslana, prekisela ili prezačinjena.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; font-family: arial;"&gt;Uzimanje što raznovrsnije hrane, ali pravilno kombinovane, ima suštinski značaj za pravilnu ishranu. Da bi organizam normalno i zdravo funkcionisao moraju se uneti svi sastojci neophodni za obnavljanje ćelija u što idealnijim količinama. Nije svaki organizam isti i ne zahteva isti odnos hranljivih materija, pa je neophodno tzv. "osluškivanje" organizma, saradnja sa njim i poštovanje njegovih potreba. Kada bismo bili u stanju da upoznamo i pratimo potrebe svog organizma i da se u skladu s tim hranimo, izbegli bismo bolesti i starenje organizma. Preteranim unošenjem namirnica (posebno  mesa i mlečnih proizvoda) i pogrešnim odnosom prema ishrani mi nesvesno trujemo, uništavamo svoje telo i skraćujemo mu prirodni vek zdravlja i trajanja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; font-family: arial;"&gt;Da bismo se hranili pravilno, veoma je važno da se pridržavamo odgovarajućeg vremena za obrok i da ne uzimamo hranu nekontrolisano, u svako doba, bez razmišljanja. Međutim, obroke ne treba preskakati i dovoditi organizam u stanje izgladnelosti, jer tada dolazi do uništavanja određenih moždanih ćelija, nestabilnosti nervnog sistema i smanjenja  otpornosti   celokupnog  organizma.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="style12"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Deset saveta za  pravilnu ishranu:&lt;/span&gt; pola kašike cimeta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Priprema:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Umutiti žumanca sa šećerom, a zatim dodati brašno, ulje i prašak za  pecivo. Na kraju umešati umućena belanca, ali mešati varjačom, ne  mikserom. To sve podeliti na dva dela, jer se peku dve kore. U jedan deo  sipati kokos, a u drugi kakao i cimet. Kada ispečete obe kore,  presecite ih na pola.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fil:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Litar mleka, jedan  puding od vanile i 2 kašike brašna (ili stavite gustin, iskreno, ne  sećam se šta sam ja stavila, ali 2 kašike brašna je dovoljno ukoliko se  odlučite za tu varijantu, oko 100-150 grama šećera, jedan margarin, 200 g  šećera u prahu, 150 g čokolade i oko 200-250 g kokosa (to ćete  proceniti sami po gustini fila, jer sam i ja tako uradila).&lt;br /&gt;Od litre  mleka odvojiti malo (oko pola šoljice) za prskanje kora i malo za  mešanje praška za puding i brašna. Skuvati mleko sa šećerom i polako  umešati puding i brašno (naravno razmućeno). Kad se zgusti dodavati  kokos. Ostaviti da se fil potpuno ohladi, a onda dodati umućen margarin  sa šećerom u prahu. Dodati  na kraju kokos i brašno i ručno varjačom izmešati. Ispeći koru u  okruglom plehu dimenzija 26cm, u rerni zagrejanoj na 180C. Potrebno je  nekih pola sata, ali je najbolje iglom proveriti da li je kora pečena.  Pečenu koru ohladiti i podeliti na dva dela. Poprskati ih malo mlekom,  ali ne previše. Skuvati kašicu od pudinga i mleka uobičajeno. Margarin  umutiti penasto sa prah šećerom i vanilinim šećerom pa izmešati sa  ohlađenim pudingom i umutiti da se lepo sjedini. Dodati kokosovo brašno.  Prvu koru premazati sa tri kašika omekšalog eurokrema i naneti polovinu  fila. Prekriti drugom korom i ponoviti postupak sa eurokremom i filom.  Slatku pavlaku umutiti uobičajeno. Preko drugog fila posuti kokosovo  brašno i ukrasiti tortu sa strane i po rubovima slatkom pavlakom. Na ugrejanom ulju malo propržiti  luk i dodati brašno, izgnječen beli luk, peršun i sitno iseckanu  šargarepu. Naliti sa 1l vode, posoliti i kuvati pola sata na umerenoj  temperaturi. Posle tog vremena supu procediti, ali tečnost ne bacati.  Povrće izgnječiti i vratiti u supu. Izmešati i dodati na kockice isečeni  krompir i grašak. Posoliti, pobiberiti i dodati paradajz pire. Naliti  sa još malo vode ako je potrebno, pošto supa ne treba da bude isuviše  gusta. Kuvati dok krompir i grašak ne budu mekani. Kada  tečnost provri, skinuti penu i dodati šargarepu isečenu na krupnije  kockice. Dodati lovorov list i malo posoliti. Crni luk iseckati na  listiće, a praziluk na kolutove i dodati u šerpu. Ostaviti da se kuva  sat vremena poklopljeno, ali voditi računa da voda ne ispari suviše,  uvek treba da je bude oko 1,5l. Posle sat vremena kuvanja, tačnije, kada  su meso i povrće mekani, može se desiti da bude i malo duže, napraviti  zapršku. Maslac rastopiti u tiganju, dodati brašno i propržiti mešajući,  uliti malo vode gde se kuvalo meso i povrće. Skloniti sa vatre, dodati  sok od limuna i jaja umućena sa pavlakom. Promešati da se lepo sjedini i  vratiti malo na vatru da se zagreje, pa sipati u šerpu sa mesom i  povrćem. Podijelite na 3 kruščića i ostavite mirovati na hladnom oko ½ sata.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;U međuvremenu izrežite 3 papira za pečenje u veličini lima (oko 35x30). Papir posipajte s malo brašna i razvaljajte tijesto što tanje. Stavite na obrnutu stranu lima za pečenje i pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici (180°C) oko 5-6 minuta. Kore su doista brzo pečene i narastu. Pečenu koru položite na ravnu površinu i s nje skinite papir. neka se hladi.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Za kremu od pola litre mlijeka odvojite oko decilitar te umješajte puding i gustin (isti kao kad kuhate puding samo nemojte dodavati šećer, a dodajte još gustin)  te ulijte u uzavrelo mlijeko uz stalno mješanje, sklonite s vatre i mješajte dok ne dobijete gustu smjesu. Ostavite da se hladi i povremeno promješajte da se na vrhu ne bi uhvatila korica. Pjenasto izmiksajte maslac, dodajte šećer u prahu, još malo mješajte da se sve ravnomjerno sjedini te polako, žlicu po žlicu dodavajte puding uz stalno mješanje, a na kraju umješajte limunov sok.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;A sada je na redu filanje. Najprije ako su kore nepravilne malo ih dotjerajte, odrežite nepravilne rubove (pazite dosta su krhke). Napravi snijeg od bjelanjaka i polako ga dodaj u tijesto naizmjenično sa prosijanim         brašnom i praškom za pecivo.Ulij tijesto u pripremljeni kalup i peci 40-45 minuta. Ohladjeni biskvit presijeci na 3 ili 4 kore.     &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sirup:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;       Prokuhaj vodu sa šećerom desetak minuta da se zgusne. Skini sa vatre, rashladi da bude mlako i dodaj limunov sok. U medjuvremenu izmiksaj žutanjake sa šećerom pa dodaj brašno i koricu limuna. Prelij         kipućim mlijekom, dobro izmiješaj metlicom i vrati smjesu na laganu vatru, miješajući neprekidno dok se zgusne.         Krema ne smije zakipiti! Skini je s vatre i rashladi. U drugoj zdjeli izradi pjenasto maslac i šećer u prahu pa sastavi sa rashladjenom kremom         od jaja i mlijeka.    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;       Kore premazuj kremom i sastavljaj jednu na drugu. Torta se ne premazuje kremom izvana, sastavi je što urednije         da se lijepo vide slojevi - eventualno koristi manji kalup za tortu. Ostavi tortu u hladnjak najmanje 8 sati ili preko noći. Kad je snijeg sjajan i čvrst, polako dodaj mljevene bademe, umiješaj ih lagano žlicom, ne mikserom.&lt;br /&gt;Pek papir premaži maslacem. Od snijega oblikuj kore na papiru, žlicom ili špricom za ukrašavanje. Peci kore 7-8 minuta, dok malo potamne i rashladi ih na žici.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Za nadjev umuti žutanjke sa šećerom. Kad skroz posvijetle i pjenasto su umućeni dodaj škrobno brašno, dobro izmiješaj, evt. razrijedi sa malo mlijeka. Preostalo mlijeko i vaniliju stavi kuhati i kad zakipi smakni ga s vatre, umiješaj žutanjke, vrati na laganu vatru i polako kuhaj neprekidno miješajući metlicom dok se krema ne zgusne. Skini sa štednjaka i rashladi.&lt;br /&gt;Pjenasto umuti maslac, postepeno mu dodaj šećer u prahu i dobro izmiješaj poslije svakog dodavanja. Kad je pjenast i povećao volumen, dodaj maslacu postepeno kremu od mlijeka i žutanjaka i dobro izmiksaj poslije svakog dodavanja da nadjev bude jednoličan i gladak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kore premazuj nadjevom, slaži jednu na drugu i na kraju kremom premaži cijelu tortu izvana. Ostavi je u hladnjak da se krema malo stegne i pripremi glazuru.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;U manju, ali dublju zdjelu ulij limunov sok i dodaji mu šećer u prahu neprekidno miksajući velikom brzinom. Glazura je spremna nakon 10-15 min miksanja pa je prelij preko torte i kad se malo stegne izradi mrežu na torti:&lt;br /&gt;na pari istopi čokoladu sa žličicom maslaca. Stavi je u špricu ili vrećicu za ukrašavanje sa najmanjim vrhom (onim za "pisanje"). &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;" class="recept-stavka"&gt;Priprema&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zagrijte pola maslaca u većoj posudi za kuhanje. Popržite luk i meso da omekšaju. Ubacite grašak, ulijte oko 4 kasike pileće juhe, kuhajte oko 5 minuta. Dodajte rižu i kuhajte je mješajući oko 2 minute. Sada ulijte preostalu juhu, čekajte da uzavrije pa smanjite vatru, poklopite i kuhajte oko 20 minuta. Umješajte preostali maslac, sir i peršun. Jelo je gotovo kada izgleda kao vrlo gusta juha. Krumpir operemo ogulimo, narežemo na prst debele kolutove i stavimo kuhati u hladnu posoljenu vodu nekoliko minuta. Zatim mahune procijedimo i stavimo kuhati u čistu posoljenu vodu. Za to vrijeme na mješavini maslaca i maslinovog ulja popržimo sitno sjeckanu slaninu, dodamo krušne mrvice, kratko promiješamo pa u njih dodamo kuhane mahune i krumpir. Slijedeći dan grah ocijedimo, isplahnemo vodom pa stavimo u lonac u 1 1/2 l vode. Zatim očistimo i sitno narežemo korjenasto povrće i dodamo ga u grah. Začinimo solju i paprom pa stavimo kuhati na vatru. Pustimo da vrije oko sat i pol. Nakon toga ogulimo i na četvrtine narežemo jabuke kojima odstranimo tvrdi središnji dio pa i njih dodamo u grah. Sve zajedno začinimo s malo šećera pa kuhamo na laganoj vatri još oko 15 minuta. Ako meso dobro braoni, poklopiti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Staviti vodu da prokuva i tu ubaciti oko 1 kg zelene široke cele boranije, oko 1 kg malih šargarepa (baby), 3 manja luka isečena na polovine. Kuvati oko 15 minuta, ohladiti i luk na sitne kockice iseći.&lt;br /&gt;Zagrejati 2 kašike maslinovog ulja i dinstati luk i šargarepu, posuti 1 kašiku šećera. Sve to preliti sa 50 ml vode i 1 kašikom sirćeta. Zajedno kuvati oko 10 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;Ovu smesu procediti kroz cedaljku, tečni deo staviti u drugi sud i doliti još vode da bude oko 500 ml. Meso izrezite na vece komade. Krompir prepolovite ako je veci ili ga ostavite cijelog. U lonac slazite red povrca i zacina, pa red mesa i tako do vrha. Lonac ne smije biti pun jer jelo mora krckati. Slozen lonac zalijte sircetom promijesanim sa 2 dl vode i prekrijte izrezanim paradajzom. Pokrijte pergament-papirom, zavezite i pecite. Pogrešno je misliti da se bosanski lonac kuha na kolu. Na pocetku vatra u pecnici mora biti jaka, a kasnije je smanjite i pustite da krcka 4-5 sati.       &lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Tijesto:&lt;br /&gt;250 g glatkog brašna&lt;br /&gt;1 žlica ulja, 1 jaje&lt;br /&gt;malo soli i octa&lt;br /&gt;malo mlake vode&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nadjev:&lt;br /&gt;120 g pšenične krupice (griza)&lt;br /&gt;4 dl mlijeka&lt;br /&gt;malo soli&lt;br /&gt;140 g maslaca, 3 jaja&lt;br /&gt;1,5 dl kiselog vrhnja&lt;br /&gt;2 žlice šećera&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Krušne mrvice:&lt;br /&gt;100 g krušnih mrvica&lt;br /&gt;80 g maslaca&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;šećer u prahu za posip&lt;br /&gt;ulje za mazanje&lt;br /&gt;brašno za radnu površinu&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;big&gt;Priprema:&lt;/big&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;       &lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;U prikladnu posudu prosijte brašno i s preostalim sastojcima umijesite podatno vučeno tijesto. Od tijesta oblikujte dvije kugle, premažite ih uljem, poklopite toplom zdjelom i ostavite počivati 30 minuta. Odijelite žumanjke od bjelanjaka.&lt;br /&gt;Za nadjev zakuhajte mlijeko sa solju i 30 g maslaca pa u njemu zakuhajte gusti griz. Ohladite ga. Pjenasto izlupajte preostali omekšani maslac. Postepeno mu primiješajte žumanjke i kiselo vrhnje. Zatim ovu smjesu primiješajte ohlađenom grizu. Od bjelanjaka i šećera istucite čvrsti snijeg. Oprezno povežite obje smjese (vidi sliku).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;big&gt;Postupak:&lt;/big&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;       &lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Tijesto najprije što tanje razvucite na stolnjaku ovlaš posutom brašnom, a zatim ga sasvim tanko izvucite rukama. Odrežite zadebljane rubove i tijesto očistite od eventualno zaostalog brašna. Na trećinu tijesta namažite polovicu nadjeva pa pomoću tkanine smotajte dugački svitak. Dršku drvene kuhače umočite u brašno. Laganim pritiskom označite štrukle, najprije drškom kuhače, a potom ih do kraja prerežite plastičnom špatulom za kolače (vidi sliku). Jednaki postupak ponovite i s drugom polovicom tijesta.&lt;br /&gt;Štrukle kuhajte u manjim porcijama oko 7 minuta u vrućoj posoljenoj vodi, zatim ih oprezno okrenite i na slaboj vatri kuhajte narednih 7 minuta. Šupljom žlicom vadite ih iz vode i dobro ocijedite. Zatim staviti jaja i vrhnje i zamijesiti tijesto. Maknuti sa plamena i zaliti mlijekom(ne prenaglo jer kipi) te vratiti na plamen, dodati vanilin šećer i miješati dok se karamela ne rastopi u mlijeku. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;U maloj posudici razmutiti brašno s mlijekom, paziti da nema grudica, te ukuhati u karamel. Brašno i mlijeko polako dodajte u karamel, uz istovremeno mješanje - jer se inače naprave grude!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Hladiti smjesu miješajući svako malo - a u hladno dodati izrađeni margarin sa šećerom u prahu i kakaom, pa dobro izmiksati!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pečene i ohlađene kore filati kremom. Odozgora ih pritisnuti da se stinu i što bolje prime (ja obično stavim još jedan protvanj i lonac pun vode na sredinu). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;PRELJEV:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;10dkg čokolade za kuhanje &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 žlice vode &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 žlice šećera &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cca. 5dkg margarina &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;U lončiću na laganoj vatri otopiti šećer u vodi, dodati čokoladu pa kad se i ona otopi dodati margarin. Ja obično tek na kraju dodajem orahe i groždjice, jer je smjesa dosta gusta, pa ako se mikser počne teško okretati samo još promješam žlicom.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Razdvojite lisnato tijesto na dvije polovice i izvaljajte ga za kore (jednu dolje, a drugu gore) u veličini protvana. Prvo staviti jedno tijesto u pobrašnjeni protvan, pa na njega ravnomjerno rasporediti svu smjesu - i pokriti drugim listom tjesta. Prije pečenja, kolač izrežite u obliku baklave, na rombove ili tzv. dijamante - i to cijelu debljinu kolača, pa i doljnju koru.  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Baklavu pecite na 180 &lt;sup&gt;o&lt;/sup&gt;C - oko pola sata, dok gornja kora ne porumeni. A uvijek možete baklavu i malo bocnuti vilicom, pa ako vam se čini da treba jos malo zapeći, slobodno to napravite, samo pazite da kore ne izgore. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Šerbet - agda: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;500 g šećera raskuhati u sirup s 1 litrom vode. U sirup, kad provri, narezati 1/2 limuna (ma ovisi o veličini i koliko vam treba za dekoraciju). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Ja šerbet radim ipak malo blaži i ne portrošim ga svog: stavim oko 400 g secera i 800 ml vode i od toga recimo dvije trećine prelijem po kolaču odmah čim je pečen,  jer ne volim da baklava baš pliva... Na dno lima stavljati kore i to tako da se svaka kora poprska rastopljenim maslacem, a svaka druga se pospe orasima. Na vrh staviti dvije kore, preliti maslacem i oštrim nožem izrezati trokute ili kvadrate. Staviti u zagrijanu pećnicu i peći otprilike 50 minuta dok baklava ne dobije zlatnožutu boju. Dok se baklava peče napravi se umak za prelijevanje. Šećer i voda se kuhaju tako dugo dok se ne dobije žitka smjesa. Makne se s vatre i doda se ekstrakt vanilije i med, dobro se izmiješa i prelije preko vruće baklave. Neka kipi dvije minute, a po potrebi i dulje(ovisno o tvrdoći celera). Izvadite ga šupljikavom žlicom i ostavite da se ocijedi. Nasjeckanom peršinu primiješajte 1 žlicu naribane limunove korice, parmezan i mrvice. Jaje pomiješajte s vrhnjem. Ocijeđeni celer narežite na ploške pa ih obrišite papirnatim ručnikom. Svaki umočite u tučeno jaje i utapkajte u smjesu mrvica.Pržite po 4 minute sa svake strane.Svaki zgotovljeni komad premjestite na nekoliko slojeva papirnarih ručnika.Za umak pomiješajte jogurt sa žlicom naribane limunove korice i nasjeckanim vlescem. Umiješajte sol, papar i sasvim malo šećera. U međuvremenu, na ulju ugrijanom na srednjoj vatri u tavi debelog dna, 10-15 minuta pržimo češnjak dok ne omekša i postane zlatan. Gotovi češnjak izvaditi i ostaviti po strani. Na ulje stavljamo luk i lagano dinstamo dok ne omekša(oko 10 min). U ocijeđene krumpire dodati češnjak, luk i ulje. Dobro izgnječiti da se dobije kompaktna smjesa. Paprike operite, prorežite, očistite i narežite na rezance. Slaninu narežite na kockice i propržite na masti. Umiješajte meso narezano na kocke i popržite. Dodajte luk i papriku te usitnjeni češnjak. Pirjajte. Mljevenu papriku otopite u juhi kojom ćete podlijevati gulaš dok se pirja. Posolite. Stavite rajčice u kipuću vodu, ogulite i narežite na kriškice. Umiješajte u gulaš i pirjajte još 15 minuta. Otopite škrobno brašno u malo vode pa primiješajte gulašu. Prokuhajte. Nalijte vodom i stavite na jaku vatru da&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; proključa. Glavicu crnog luka ne ljuštite, nego dobro operite, isecite poprečno na pola pa zapecite na plotni dok se ne uhvati crna korica, zatim ga ubacite u ključalu supu. Smanjite vatru i naredna dva sata na laganoj vatri kuvajte supu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Kad je meso kuvano supa je gotova. Začinite je solju pa pustite još koji minut da se kuva. Supu procedite, vratite na vatru i pustite da proključa, zatim je zakuvajte testeninom ili knedlama. Kuvajte na laganoj vatri još 5 minuta, pa supu sklonite sa vatre i pospite peršunom. Slaninu iseći na vrlo tanke                                      rezance. Ispržiti na blagoj temperaturi i kada je gotovo izvaditi u                                      posudu. U toj masnoći dinstati luk, pa dodati krompir i šargarepu.                                      Kada se malo proprži dodati supu i kuvati oko 15 minuta. Odvojiti u                                      poseban sud malo povrća a ostatak propasirati tako da se dobije                                      krem-supa.
